Job summary

Navion Senior Solutions seeks Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide daily resident care and physical support in homes. This role focuses on compassionate care, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring resident comfort on the third shift.

The team emphasizes HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and strong collaboration with nurses and physicians. CNA candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, state CNA certification, and CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification and CPR preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive working relationship with residents, family members and staff.
• Maintains confidentiality of residents’ information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist with daily living activities including turning, ambulating, and delivering meals.
• Help patients with personal hygiene and bathing.
• Provide adjunct patient care and relief measures as needed.
• Monitor and record food intake and outputs for staff review.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and nurses.
• Follow infection control precautions and safety procedures.
• Know and report fire and emergency procedures.
