Regency Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/CNA to support residents on 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role includes personal care, mobility assistance, meals, and companionship, with duties extending to housekeeping and laundry as needed.

Candidates should be reliable, patient, and able to work well with residents and staff. Prior senior living or caregiving experience is preferred, and background checks are required for employment.

Qualifications

• Previous senior living or caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass required background checks.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing and grooming, transfers and mobility.
• Encourage participation in planned activities and provide companionship.
• Serve meals, assist during dining, and help with laundry and housekeeping.
• Report changes to the nursing team and follow safety procedures.
• Complete training and attend in-service sessions as required by state regulations.
