Job summary

The Fountains in Calhoun, part of Navion Senior Living, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide daily resident care and support in our residents' home. CNAs will assist with activities of daily living and respond to residents' emotional and physical needs, delivering compassionate care.

This is a Full-Time opportunity for YOU to join our team. Hiring for 3rd Shift with rotating every other weekend. Tapcheck payroll benefits optional, and we value your dedication to seniors.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification and CPR preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive relationship with residents, family and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ information per HIPAA.
• Assist with daily living activities, including turning and ambulating.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily comfort tasks.
• Provide adjunct patient care as needed and monitor intake and outputs.
• Record food, urinary and fecal outputs for medical staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers and nurses as needed.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
