Job summary

Seven Hills Square is seeking a Resident Care Aide who is caring, dependable and dedicated to helping residents feel comfortable and at home. You will provide hands-on support with daily activities and build meaningful relationships with residents on the 3rd shift (11p-7a).

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient caregiver with a passion for serving seniors.
• Strong teamwork and communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to manage time and adapt to changing routines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning and mobility.
• Prepare residents for meals and activities; assist in dining room and clean up.
• Respond to resident emergency call system and document changes in condition for care coordination.
• Communicate professionally with residents and families; maintain care documentation per regulations.
• Transport residents as needed and ensure safety and comfort during care.
