In this role you’ll conduct initial assessments, educate patients about care options, review X-rays, and help discuss financial options with empathy, contributing to a smooth clinic flow and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Previous medical background.
• Comfortable discussing finances with others.
• Ability to navigate challenging conversations with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Guide new patients through initial consultations and onboarding.
• Conduct insight assessments and educate patients about chiropractic care and treatment options.
• Review X-rays to help patients understand their path forward.
• Engage in empathetic, clear discussions about financial options to support patients.
