Connect Chiropractic in Wauwatosa, WI is seeking a full-time New Patient Concierge – Case Manager to guide new patients through their chiropractic journey and ensure a seamless, supportive experience from start to finish. You will educate patients, review options, and discuss finances with empathy.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Previous medical background.
• Comfortable discussing finances with others.
• Ability to navigate challenging conversations professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct insight assessments and educate patients about chiropractic care and treatment options.
• Review X-rays to explain a clear path forward to patients.
