Responsibilities

As the front desk receptionist, you will greet patients warmly, manage check‑ins, orchestrate patient flow, and handle incoming calls with grace. You will keep a keen eye on the clock to ensure the office runs efficiently and maintain a friendly atmosphere that our patients love.

Schedule & Location

This full‑time role is based at our clinic in Wauwatosa, WI. Your schedule will be:

• Monday: 8 am‑1:30 pm & 2:40 pm‑7 pm
• Tuesday: 1 pm‑7 pm
• Wednesday: 7:30 am‑12:30 pm & 2:40 pm‑6 pm
• Thursday: 7:30 am‑12:30 pm & 2:40 pm‑7 pm
