Connect Chiropractic in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a full-time Case Manager - New Patient Concierge to warmly welcome new patients, guide them through their initial consultation with care and professionalism, and educate them about chiropractic care and treatment options.

You will review X-rays, discuss financial plans, and advocate for patients while maintaining clear, compassionate communication in a fast-paced, supportive clinic.

This position offers a consistent schedule:

Oak Creek Schedule:
Monday: 8am-1:30pm & 2:40pm - 7:00pm
Tuesday: 6:30am-12:00pm
Wednesday: 8:30am-12:30pm & 2:40pm-6:00pm
Thursday: 8:30am-12:30pm & 2:40-7:00pm

As a Case Manager - New Patient Concierge, your day is dynamic and rewarding. You greet new patients warmly, guiding them through their initial consultation with care and professionalism. You conduct insightful assessments and educate patients about chiropractic care and treatment options, ensuring they feel informed and empowered. With precision, you review X-rays and discuss financial plans, providing clarity and building trust. Throughout it all, you serve as a compassionate advocate, helping patients take confident steps toward improved health and well-being.
