Responsibilities

• Take patient histories and perform assessments (e.g., INSIGHT nervous system scan).
• Explain our processes and the benefits of regular chiropractic care to patients.
• Review x-rays and discuss findings with patients.
• Handle office duties such as data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and inter-office communication.
• Answer phones for scheduling and consult on patient care.
• Assist during patient visits and support the care team as needed.
• Work two weekends per month at community outreach events to promote holistic health and wellness.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in a related field is preferred.

Work Schedule

Wauwatosa Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM and 2:40 PM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 2:40 PM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 2:40 PM – 7:00 PM
