University of Minnesota Physicians seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient nephrology care at the Fairview Fridley and Fairview Riverside clinics. You will treat new and established patients with diverse kidney conditions and participate in periodic inpatient coverage as needed.

You will work with academic nephrologists and experienced APPs to deliver comprehensive care, exercising independent decision making within supervision/collaboration of licensed

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or formal Adult Nurse Practitioner training program.
• Current MN RN license with prescription writing privileges or PA license with prescriptive authority in MN.
• Eligible to be or certified through NCCPA, ANCC or AANP.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient nephrology care at Fairview Fridley and Fairview Riverside clinics.
• Care for new and established patients with a broad range of kidney conditions.
• Participate in inpatient nephrology coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with academic nephrologists and APPs to deliver comprehensive care.
• Engage in independent clinical decision making and patient management.
