Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters prepared nurse practitioner with MN RN license and FNP/ANP/ACNP certification (ACNP preferred).
• Graduate PA with NCCPA certification and MN PA licensure (eligible).
• Must be eligible for DEA registration and billing privileges; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across clinic, outpatient dialysis, and inpatient settings in Nephrology.
• Care for chronic kidney disease and dialysis patients; adapt to changing needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals; participate in committees and quality initiatives.
• Demonstrate leadership, education, and research activities to improve practice.
