Museum of Modern Art is seeking aTemporary Visitor Engagement Associate in New York. You will sell admissions, tickets, memberships, and passes, while welcoming guests and assisting with visit planning across the Museum.

You’ll handle transactions, validate admissions, and help maintain smooth visitor flow in galleries and public spaces. Responsibilities include staying up-to-date with exhibitions and programs, attending shift meetings, and supporting member events and on-site promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience interacting with the public and languages beyond English strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with technology, including mobile devices, Google Workspace, and POS software.

Responsabilités

• Sell Museum admissions, tickets, memberships, and passes at multiple venues.
• Assist guests with visit planning and resolve on-site complaints.
• Validate admissions and manage queues to ensure smooth flow.
• Stay informed on exhibitions and programs and share updates with the team.
• Support training for new staff and assist with event RSVPs.
