Job summary

Mondelēz in-store representative needed to be the face of iconic snack brands and own the biscuit aisle. You will deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers while executing DSD Merchandising Excellence and capturing display photos with DMI.

You will build relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and staff, place orders via iPad using Salesforce, and ensure shelves, displays, and promotions stay compliant with RTM plans.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age.
Valid REAL ID driver’s license or U.S. passport or federal ID.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel.
Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions.
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.
Lift, bend, and move products while stocking shelves and maintaining safety and compliance.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal ID
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: McMinnville, TN
