Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI
Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
Lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store shelves while staying safe and compliant

Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location in Del Rio, TX
Schedule availability required: Sunday through Thursday; start by 5 am
