Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have or obtain CPR & First Aid certification.
• 1+ years of related caregiving/medication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications, treatments, and care as assigned.
• Document medication administration and incidents accurately.
• Notify supervisor if medications are not administered as directed.
• Track orders for medication changes and refills; communicate with pharmacy.
• Assist caregivers and participate in incident reporting and resident condition updates.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain a safe environment.
