Job summary

A valid driver's license and experience in home repairs, plumbing, and equipment operation are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Broad experience in home repairs, plumbing and grounds maintenance.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and snow plow.
• Ability to prioritize safety and work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive through the community to inspect common areas and record violations.
• Repair and maintain community-owned homes and lots.
• Maintain grounds: mow, weed, clean, and handle snow removal.
• Keep areas clean, safe and organized; ensure equipment is serviced.
• Take daily readings from the water plant when required and log work.
