Qualifications

• Must be licensed pool operator.
• Must have four years of building maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs and up to 80 lbs.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work on-call and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation and repairs.
• Complete basic repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections.
• Maintain a positive demeanor with residents and vendors.
• Train and mentor new maintenance technicians.
