Job summary

A well-respected facility services provider in the United States is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician Level II or III to perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a technical degree or equivalent experience, and be able to work in a physically demanding environment. The position involves on-call emergency maintenance services, working collaboratively with teams, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Regular lifting of over 20 lbs. and up to 80 lbs. with assistance.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Schedule and ensure timely completion of all work orders.
• Assist in training and mentoring new maintenance technicians.
