Job summary

Fountain is seeking a Maintenance Technician Level 3 in Minnesota to manage maintenance for properties in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area. The candidate will perform varied duties including equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.

This full-time position demands physical endurance and offers training. Ideal candidates would have four years of relevant experience and a two-year technical degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Four years multi-family or commercial building maintenance or equivalent experience.
• All boilers license levels accepted and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing a variety of related duties including equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs.
• Schedules, prioritizes, and ensures timely completion of all work orders.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional manner with all residents and vendors.
