Responsibilities

• Administer medications to patients in treatment.
• Perform nursing assessments and H&P on new admissions or readmissions.
• Review prescriptions and OTC medications for safety and proper dosing.
• Perform TB tests and other testing as ordered by physician.
• Carry out physician orders including telephone orders.
• Assist physician with clinic activities and patient rooming.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Record and report changes in patient condition to the team.
