YMCA of Orange County is hiring a full-time Kid Zone Program Lead in Fullerton, CA. The role supports program quality, staff supervision, and member experience, with operating hours aligned to program schedules. Candidates should demonstrate supervision, customer service, and excellent communication skills, and hold First Aid/CPR certifications (training provided).

Location: Fullerton, CA. Flexible shifts include mornings, afternoons, and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience with supervision.
• Preferred 2 years of experience with children ages 6 weeks to 11 years.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in ensuring health and safety standards are met.
• Supervise Kid Zone staff and maintain a welcoming, well-managed environment for children and families.
• Support program operations, activities, and department standards.
• Engage with children, families, staff, and community partners to provide exceptional service.
