The Kid Zone Program Lead assists the Program Director in ensuring excellence in health and safety, staff supervision, program quality, and member experience. This individual plays a key role in creating a welcoming, well-managed environment where children and families feel supported, engaged, and connected.**Location:**Fullerton**Work Schedule & Availability:**Program Leads are expected to work at least one program shift each day, in addition to dedicated administrative hours. This position requires a flexible schedule that may include morning, evening, split, and occasional weekend shifts.
