We are actively seeking highly engaged, intentional, and service-oriented individuals for a **full-time Kid Zone Program Lead** position.This role is a meaningful opportunity to directly impact the lives of the communities we serve by fostering genuine connections, practicing exceptional hospitality, and helping create a safe, positive, and enriching environment for children and families. The Kid Zone Program Lead assists the Program Director in ensuring excellence in health and safety, staff supervision, program quality, and member experience. This individual plays a key role in creating a welcoming, well-managed environment where children and families feel supported, engaged, and connected.**Location:**Fullerton**Work Schedule & Availability:**Program Leads are expected to work at least one program shift each day, in addition to dedicated administrative hours. This position requires a flexible schedule that may include morning, evening, split, and occasional weekend shifts.
