Interlochen Center for the Arts is seeking an entry-level Hotel Housekeeper to help maintain guest rooms, common areas, and rental spaces on our campus. This role supports a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff, working in coordination with the Hospitality/Retail and Operations divisions.
You will perform cleaning tasks, report maintenance issues, and follow ICA policies while upholding high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
The Hotel Housekeeper plays an important role in maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of Interlochen’s campus, ensuring that all guests and visitors experience a welcoming and comfortable environment. This position is responsible for keeping guest rooms, common areas, and rental spaces clean and well-maintained, contributing to the overall atmosphere of our vibrant arts community. Housekeepers work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the needs of the business, and help make Interlochen a place that feels like home for everyone who visits.
Interlochen is proud to provide priority placement at Pitter Patter Preschool & Childcare located in the Interlochen Community Center, near our campus, for employees’ dependents. In addition, Interlochen employees may be eligible for the MI Tri-Share Program. This program shares the cost of childcare between the state of Michigan, Interlochen Center for the Arts, and the employee (The employee will only pay 1/3 of the total cost, if eligible).
