AccentCare, Inc. in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Hospice Aide / CNA to join our caring team. This full-time role provides compassionate, hands-on support to patients in their homes or care facilities, with a schedule Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Competenze

• Certified by the state as a nurse’s aide, with completion of required training and a passing score on the competency exam.
• CPR certification required for direct patient care in applicable states.
• Must be listed on the state aide registry with a clear record to provide care in homes, nursing facilities, or hospitals.
• Requires a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and state-required auto insurance.

Mansioni

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients, including assistance with personal hygiene, repositioning, and mobility support (up to 200 lbs with assistance).
• Support patients in their homes or care facilities through frequent movement and physical activity, such as walking, standing, reaching, and occasional driving, ensuring timely and dignified end-of-life care.
• Monitor comfort levels, respond to needs, and assist with daily living activities, always maintaining patient safety and dignity.
• Work comfortably in home and facility environments, adapting to varying conditions while upholding infection control and safety protocols.
