AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Aide / CNA in Wesley Chapel, FL to join a compassionate care team. The role involves hands-on patient care, assistance with personal hygiene, mobility support, and in-home or facility-based care settings.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule, with a focus on end-of-life comfort, dignity, and patient safety while collaborating with a dedicated care team. A state CNA certification and CPR are required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Certified by the state as a nurse's aide, with completion of required training and a passing score of 85% or higher on the agency's competency exam.
• CPR certification required for direct patient care in Georgia and Washington.
• Must be listed on the state aide registry with a clear record and eligible to provide care in homes, nursing facilities, or hospitals.
• Requires a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and state-required auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients, including assistance with personal hygiene, repositioning, and mobility support (up to 200 lbs with assistance).
• Support patients in their homes or care facilities through movement and physical activity, such as walking, standing, reaching, and occasional driving.
• Monitor comfort levels, respond to needs, and assist with daily living activities, maintaining safety and dignity.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols in home and facility environments.
