Job summary

Henderson Group in Denver seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our home health team. This full-time role focuses on evaluating, planning, and delivering patient-centered care in patients' homes, in coordination with physicians and caregivers.

Requirements include a Master’s in Physical Therapy (CAPTE-accredited), current state license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license for travel to patient locations. At least nine months of PT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Nine months of experience as a physical therapist required.
• CAPTE-accredited PT education program is required.
• Licensed to practice as a physical therapist in the state of operation.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license for travel to patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and document treatment per physician orders and policy.
• Perform patient evaluations and select diagnostic materials to assess care.
• Inform physician of assessment results and recommended interventions.
• Develop and document treatment plans with priorities.
• Educate and counsel patients; ensure organized, efficient treatment.
• Communicate patient status and plan with physicians and team.
