Job summary

Altar’d State in Edina, MN is seeking a Guest Lead to drive guest service, merchandising, and store operations. This role reports to Store Leadership and emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and brand representation during daily shifts.

The ideal candidate will have retail experience, coachable performance, and the ability to manage opening/closing tasks while upholding loss prevention standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to coach and lead associates during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintains compelling visual presentations and window displays.
• Coaches associates on guest interactions and performance.
• Performs opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
• Leads as the on-duty leader and ensures loss prevention policies are followed.
