Job summary

Altar’d State in Edina, MN is seeking a Guest Lead to guide daily store operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Reporting to Store Leadership, you will model exceptional service, drive sales, and coach team members to uphold brand standards and mission-driven initiatives.

You will lead merchandising efforts, maintain visual presentations, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures while upholding loss prevention policies.

Qualifications

Must be at least 20 years of age.
Previous retail experience preferred.
Physical ability to stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional guest experience consistently.
Adhere to guest service standards and brand guidelines.
Coach associates on guest interactions and performance.
Maintain a clean, presentable store environment and merchandising standards.
Assist in creating visual displays and window presentations.
Execute opening/closing procedures and loss prevention policies.
Serve as a leader on duty when required and reinforce Code of Conduct.

Position Overview

Reporting to Store Leadership, the Guest Lead plays an important role in delivering and directing the activities required to achieve store goals. These activities include providing exceptional guest service, maintaining compelling visual presentations, ongoing associate development and effective operational compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

Consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience

Qualifications

Must be at least 20 years of age
Previous retail experience preferred
Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
