Altar'd State is hiring a Guest Lead at Summit Mall in Akron, OH to drive exceptional guest experiences and support store leadership. You will help with merchandising, display execution, and daily operations while modeling brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks (standing, climbing, lifting up to 30 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain brand standards.
• Assist in merchandising and window displays.
• Lead by example and coach associates on guest interactions.
• Open/close procedures and adherence to loss prevention policies.
• Ensure a clean, presentable store environment and teamwork.
