Job summary

Altar'd State in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a Guest Lead to drive exceptional guest service, maintain compelling visuals, and oversee daily store operations. You will coach associates on guest interactions, lead through shifts as leader on duty, participate in merchandising, and ensure compliance with loss prevention policies.

Must be at least 20 years old with previous retail experience preferred; strong communication, teamwork, and a positive, respectful store culture are essential.
