Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior and interior areas of the property. Responsibilities include daily upkeep, inventory and care of supplies, snow removal, and adherence to OSHA standards.

Requirements emphasize use of grounds keeping tools, independent judgment, initiative, and the ability to follow written or oral instructions with a professional demeanor at all times. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, including cleaning and trash removal.
• Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer on passageways to prevent ice buildup.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, and respond courteously and efficiently.
