Qualifications

• Experience using grounds keeping tools and machinery.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Ability to handle standard problems with a few concrete variables.
• Take initiative to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, including cleaning and trash removal.
• Manage inventory and care of all supplies and equipment belonging to the property/management company.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer on walkways to prevent ice buildup.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude consistent with the property’s standards.
• Respond courteously and efficiently to residents and colleagues.
• Maintain knowledge of company and community policies and procedures.
