Live AMC is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper in Colorado Springs responsible for maintaining the exterior and designated interior areas of the property. Responsibilities include upkeep of buildings and grounds, care of supplies and equipment, and compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate should possess initiative and the ability to use grounds-keeping tools effectively. The role offers compensation between $19.00 and $21.00 per hour along with various employee benefits including vacation, health programs, and professional development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds.
• Take responsibility for the care, maintenance, and inventory of supplies.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer on passageways.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding property or residents.
