Live AMC in Thornton, Colorado is currently seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and designated interior areas of the property. Responsibilities include daily upkeep, inventory management, and ensuring safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to use grounds keeping tools effectively, exercise judgment, and take initiative. Competitive compensation of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour is offered along with various benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of property buildings and grounds.
• Ability to report unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily upkeep of property buildings and grounds including cleaning.
• Care for, maintain, and inventory supplies and equipment.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer on passageways as needed.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
