Job summary

Live AMC in Rock Springs, Wyoming, seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and designated interior areas of their property. The role entails daily upkeep, snow removal, and equipment maintenance to ensure the property's appearance and safety.

Compensation is between $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, along with benefits such as vacation time, health programs, and a 401(k). Candidates will undergo a background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, including cleaning and removal of trash.
• Take responsibility for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer on passageways to prevent ice buildup.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of company and community policies and procedures.
