Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a dependable Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of our apartment community. This full-time role supports a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and prospects.

The ideal candidate is proactive, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates urgency and professionalism. Schedule is 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; ability to read and write in English is necessary for safety and task completion.
• If not fluent, must demonstrate understanding of instructions through observation or supervisor verification.
• Prior groundskeeping, maintenance, or similar experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all public and common areas in a clean, neat, and attractive condition; sweep sidewalks, pick up litter, light gardening, and clean furniture and windows.
• Clean and maintain the pool area daily, including minor irrigation and furniture arrangement.
• Assist with make-ready process of vacant units.
• Maintain trash and dumpster areas by removing debris and ensuring cleanliness.
• Deliver resident notices and assist maintenance staff as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and respond to service requests promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and the hazardous communication program.
• Attend required training sessions and team meetings.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and strong customer service when interacting with residents and team.
