The role is full-time, 40 hours per week with weekend and holiday coverage; shifts range from early morning to evening to maintain dining operations for guests, patients and staff.

As a Grill Cold Cook, you’ll prepare, cook, and serve a variety of grilled and cold food items while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and customer service.

Your day may include:

• Preparing fresh food for cafeteria guests and patient meal trays
• Providing friendly, attentive service
• Staying active in a fast‑paced kitchen environment (lifting 5–25 lbs)
• Supporting operations through restocking, prep work, temperature checks, and cleaning

Schedule: Full‑time, 40 hrs/week Every other weekend & holidays Shifts between 5:00 AM–8:30 PM
