Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in heavy civil/highway as Grade Foreman.
• Must be well-organized and able to read work directions while communicating with management and crew.
• Experience scheduling materials and personnel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise grade crew members and foster a safe, efficient work environment.
• Train crew on operational protocols and safety measures.
• Maintain daily records of crew time, materials used, and equipment utilization.
• Read plans and determine project needs; communicate with foremen and subcontractors.
• Operate grading equipment in accordance with procedures; perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
