Qualifications

• 2+ years experience operating earth-moving equipment such as dozers and backhoes.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and safety standards.
• Willing to perform some manual labor as needed and directed by supervisor.
• Experience with grading and reading grade stakes and plans.
• Flexible hours, team player, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Operate various earth-moving equipment to achieve precise location and grading per plans.
• Contribute to high-quality finished products on Highway Projects.
• Willing to adapt and perform other duties as directed by the grading foreman.
