Allied Universal is seeking a Front Desk Security Officer in Mountain View, CA. You will greet visitors, verify IDs, manage access control, and provide courteous service while adhering to site procedures.

Responsibilities include monitoring cameras, alarms, and logs, plus responding to incidents per established protocols. Must have at least 1 year in security; CPR/First Aid preferred; High School diploma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing laws may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming front desk presence at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Verify identification, issue visitor credentials, maintain logs, and notify personnel of arrivals.
• Deliver customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and guests per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Monitor front-desk communications, access-control systems, alarms, and cameras; report incidents or maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents calmly following site protocols and contact emergency services or leadership when required.
