Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience required.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, contractors, delivery personnel and employees; verify IDs and authorize access per site policies.
• Manage front-desk reception; maintain visitor logs and badges; answer calls and direct guests.
• Monitor access-control, cameras, alarms; report unusual activity or issues.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies; coordinate with site contacts and responders.
• Maintain records and communicate clearly to deter unauthorized access.
