Job summary

Allied Universal in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Reception Credential Services to welcome visitors, manage access control, badge processes, monitor alarm panels, and deliver outstanding customer service in a premier commercial setting. The ideal candidate will have access control and badge handling experience, strong customer service skills, and CPR/First Aid certification.

This role offers flexible day-time shifts and opportunities to grow within a leading security

Qualifications

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Background check and drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Staff the front desk in a professional manner, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, and maintain visitor logs.
Monitor access points, building systems, and communications equipment; report issues per site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services.
Support a welcoming, professional lobby environment while deterring unauthorized access to the property.
