Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent related work experience.
• Six months to one year of customer service or clerical experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and staff in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer telephone and switchboard during scheduled shifts; direct calls accordingly.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; coordinate express deliveries.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies.
• Perform general clerical duties and support process improvements.
