Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus homes, supervising 8–13 students, and coordinating daily routines, activities, and devotions.

The role progresses to a placed houseparent after an initial period, with comprehensive benefits and relocation support. Requirements include a two-year marriage minimum, age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and drive training eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in development/recreational programs.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
