Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person couple) to provide care, guidance, and supervision for a group of 8–13 students living in on-campus homes. The role includes housing, meals, and a structured, family-like environment.

Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED. Duties include driving, devotions, budgeting, and student welfare.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the home.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet restrictions: fish and one dog of approved breeds.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel with students.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
