Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents who reside in on-campus student homes and provide care and supervision for a group of 8–13 students.

BOTH spouses must be married for at least two years, age 27 or older, and commit to a nine-days-on / three-days-off schedule, with potential to remain in the same student home. The role includes housing, meals, health benefits, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Ability to supervise and guide students.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreation.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
