Job Overview

Robotics and Digital Solutions (RDS) Division of The Hillman Group is seeking a Full Time Kiosk Technician in San Antonio, TX. This role involves training on key duplicating, tag engraving kiosks, and third-party service. The territory includes over 70 kiosks within a 50-mile radius, with approximately 40 hours per week, an estimated annual pay of $50,000, plus a car allowance and a corporate gas card.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact at customer locations.
• Restock kiosks, order products, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to service and repair dispatches (1-2 hours per machine, 1-2 times per month).
• Schedule routine service calls flexibly during the week; some Saturday work may be required.
• Respond to unscheduled service calls within four hours with an ETA, and complete on-site visits within 24 hours.

Qualifications and Skills

• Basic troubleshooting, mechanical, and electro-mechanical skills.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions carefully.
• Basic computer, spreadsheet, and email skills.
• Reliable cell phone (reimbursed) required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Work involves varied environments, some with dust or odors, daily travel, and driving up to 200 miles. Physical activity includes lifting up to 30 lbs. and occasionally pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.
