Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton in Phoenix/S Scottsdale is hiring a PM Cook for a full-time position. The role focuses on front-line food production, meat, fish and poultry handling, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety. You will adhere to recipes, assist with prep lists, and support kitchen operations across shifts.

The position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work both day and night shifts, and a commitment to a clean, organized kitchen.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• 3 years cooking experience preferred. Broiler cooking preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food/bev preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily production lists and follow recipes.
• Prepare broiled and sautéed items per standard recipes and guest checks.
• Maintain highest quality by inspecting ingredients and portion control.
• Keep refrigeration, equipment and work areas clean to meet health regs.
• Adhere to all policies, safety and security procedures.
• Work both AM and PM shifts; assist other kitchen personnel.
