• Ability to use all equipment assigned (computer, 911 gear, telephones, recording devices).
• Capable of multitasking and typing with speed/accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for ambulance and transportation services.
• Assign and route transportation requests.
• Provide clear communication to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and data entry for shifts.
• Generate and verify reports for shifts.
• Assist in locating scenes and determining fastest routes.
• Relays instructions from supervisors and emergency information.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Use equipment effectively (computer, printers, 911 equipment, phones).
