Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to calls and emails using the established system to deliver quality support to providers, facilities and members.
• Schedule, assign, review and route transportation requests.
• Document communications following protocols and elevate issues as needed.
• Communicate trip data including confirmations and routing times.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and coworkers.
• Demonstrate organization, multitasking and time management skills.
